The Dynamicss
The DynamicsCombine a multinational trio of vocalist, a visionary french producer, and a handful of timeless, iconic tunes from the '50s to the '90s, and you have a recipe for briliance. 'whole lotta love' transforms from arena-rock clich_ to lovers-rock anthem, herbie hancock`s 'rockit' goes ska, and white stripe`s seven nation army' employs dubwise elements. without missing a beat, the dynamics are a proper phenomenom.

Goldfrapp “Seventh Tree”
GoldfrappAfter two albums of fantastic club-pop, the versatile UK duo dial back to a pastoral, folksy indie-electronica sound.

Vampire Weekend
Vampire WeekendAlready one of the most talked-about and divisive records of the year, Vampire Weekend's Afro-pop- and preppy-inflected debut is simple, jaunty, homespun, and-- like the early albums from fellow fast-risers Belle & Sebastian and the Strokes were on their release-- one of the most refreshing and replayable indie records in recent years.

Hey willpower
Hey WillpowerHey Willpower is an indie super duo featuring Will Schwartz of Imperal Teen and Tomo Yasuda of Tussle. Together they come up with a sound that might best be describe as Timberlake on a tight budget or maybe a male L'Trimm. All the songs on P.D.A. are slinky R&B jams, all the lyrics are come-ons, and the atmosphere is cutely sexy and intimate.

Lightspeed Champion
Lightspeed ChampionLeaving the noisy terrain of the Test Icicles behind for the more relaxed territory of the singer/ song-writer didn`t exactly mellow Dev Hynes. For sure, the sound of his new project, Lightspeed Champion, is softer, with violins, pedal steel, and tender female vocal harmonies. Overal though, Falling Off the Lavender Bridge is a ric and cinematic records with plenty of lovely playing and deft arrangements.
