You can use the form below to order any item on the website or in any of our stores. Write a note in the space provided and you will receive a reply within 24 hours. Orders can be picked up at any Aksara branch or paid with bank transfer and delivered to your home for a fee based on location (yes, we serve orders from outside Jakarta!).

SPECIAL ORDERS

Can't find something you need on our website or store shelves? We will try to source it for you, whether it is books, CDs, DVDs or vinyls. Delivery is 4-6 weeks after confirmation of order, and an express service is available at 10-14 days, with an additional fee. Please use the form on this page to place your order.
